Biography
Ioulia Rytikova's research interests include data science, educational data mining, and AI, with a true passion for cognitive learning and learning sciences and analytics. This passion drives her to create innovative teaching techniques that foster a research-based, student-centered environment in the classroom. Over the years, Rytikova has acquired significant expertise in providing leadership in innovative teaching and learning, instructional design, and distance education. She has been honored with several prestigious teaching awards, including the 2021 Online Teaching Excellence Award, the 2020 Mason Teachers of Distinction Award, and the School of Engineering Outstanding Teaching Award.
