Biography
Sharmin Sultana is passionate about teaching a wide range of courses, from introductory programming to advanced topics in data science. She is committed to fostering a deep understanding of these subjects, equipping her students with the skills needed to succeed in the fast-evolving field of technology. Her research focuses on utilizing data mining, artificial intelligence, and advanced computational models to solve complex, real-world problems, particularly in healthcare and computer vision.
Sultana earned her PhD in Computational Modeling and Simulation Engineering from Old Dominion University. She further expanded her expertise by completing a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.
